Il existe des dizaines de maisons d’édition académiques aux États-Unis et en Europe et quelques éditeurs dont les ambitions sont parfois exclusivement commerciales. Comment s’y retrouver, et au-delà des quelques grandes maisons, quelles sont celles qui pourraient accueillir et valoriser votre recherche?
La première résistance à l’exigence du publier toujours plus – quitte à s’auto-plagier? – est sans doute de prendre le temps nécessaire, au départ, pour repérer les options, parfois savoir rester modeste ou du moins réaliste, et patient.
Ci-dessous une liste d’éditeurs universitaires et commerciaux, qui pourraient accueillir vos projets d’ouvrages.
